Focusing On Things You Are Passionate About

Do you ever get overwhelmed by ALL the things you have going on?

I adopted a philosophy about five years ago that I no longer wanted to use the word “busy” to describe myself or especially to use as an answer to the question, “How are you?” I decided to reframe my approach and think of my days full of things that I am passionate about. This isn’t just a mental game I’m playing with myself – it’s 100% true.

I’m passionate about the workouts I set out for myself each day and love how they make me feel.

I’m passionate about supporting my family and friends in their personal pursuits.

I’m passionate about helping YOU achieve twice the impact in half the time.

My product backlog and my calendar reflect (most of the time) the things I’m passionate about.

The professional development you carve time out of your schedule to participate in should reflect what YOU are passionate about. (And hopefully, some of that is the variety of training opportunities available through Agile in Nonprofits!)

What is the passion that made you take a look at the resources and training available through Agile in Nonprofits?

I’d love to know! Let me know in the comments below.
