Agile tools are some of my favorite things to continue to learn about. While tools don’t make you Agile they do help your team keep all your work visible.
It may not always be easy to choose a tool that you may think works best for your team, but most, if not all, tools will allow you to utilize a trial period to learn the tool and see if it fits your team’s needs.
