Description: In this interactive session, we will look at how a variety of nonprofit organizations have formed their Agile team(s), in order to help you find ideas based on successful implementations in other groups. We will walk through a facilitation method for building a team working agreement to help create shared understanding in your team(s) about why they will be working together and helping them identify the unique skills each team member brings to the team.
