McKayla and Kathleen reflect on the ways in which PHI adapted the Agile framework to their unique professional environment. The Workforce Innovations Team (WIT) of PHI is a small and mighty team that works on many projects simultaneously. After taking the Scrum Master Training, they realized that it would be necessary to adapt some scrum principles to fit their needs.

The beautiful thing about Scrum is the ability to change it to fit your needs. As a small nonprofit that started Scrum last year, and as a nonprofit that unfortunately got smaller, we’ve adjusted Scrum to fit what we need. We are even exploring the possibility of going to Kanban!
